Calorie/macro tracker- Fitbit app vs MFP?

Hey all, trying to cut a bit to lose the pandemic 10ish lbs I gained. I treated myself to a Fitbit and just realized there's a food tracker on there. I don't feel like double counting my calories- anyone have an opinion on the Fitbit food tracker?

    ive had a fitbit and used mfp for 8 years now. the only thing i use the fitbit for is activity/calorie burn. any calories from workouts i log, i edit the amount of burned calories to 1 so it doesnt double count them. i do think theres a setting where you can have the same effect, but its just how ive done it for years and it works for me.
