Now days may be I drink 3 litres of green tea with 24 gram of green tea per day
Is this dangerous ?
Is nt it like ordinary tea ?
If you r going to tell me the upper safe amount of green tea I wanna know it in grams of green tea

The safe daily rate of a natural caffeine stimulant is 1000 mg, and the recommended single dose is up to 400 mg. In each variety of green tea, as well as depending on the brewing technology and water temperature, the amount of caffeine varies, however, the average value in 1 cup is about 40-70 mg. Based on this, you can drink up to 12 cups of green tea per day, but it is recommended to stay at 4-8.

I like it is antioxidant power of it - Many other food/drink have antioxidants
It cleans body from inside - No it doesn't and your liver does this just fine without help unless you have a medical condition
And a lot of other benefits ....it is amazing - Other than being tasty?[/b]17 -
Tea is high in fluoride, and drinking that much can put you over the safe limit of fluoride, since it can cause health issues. More on that here: https://www.rdhmag.com/patient-care/patient-education/article/14033922/hidden-fluoride-in-tea-and-other-foods-and-beverages
If you do drink a lot of it, i'd get organically grown tea, since most teas are grown in countries with lower standards with regards to pesticide usage. More on that here - https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/pesticide-traces-in-some-tea-exceed-allowable-limits-1.25646247 -
Isn’t it also super high in vitamin k?
Moderation is a good idea in all things. Most likely no one has studied this because few people are likely to do this. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s safe.3 -

The problem with this question is you don't actually eat the green tea... how much would be used depends on how strong you like your tea and how much you use to brew the tea. The amount used is too variable to give a direct answer to the question.7 -
I have about 5-8 tea bags of green tea daily, sometimes more. Not because of any magical properties, but because I enjoy having a big glass of something warm next to me. As of big glass: yeah, my tea is fairly diluted, but it's still an awful lot of tea bags each day. Mind you, I do sleep well with all this caffeine, and don't get restless when on vacation. Well, I grab next to me to try and find a glass, but that's all.2

The OP is making the mistake of thinking if some is good, then tons must be better. It doesn't work that way. Whatever the ideal amount of tea is must be WAAAAY less than the maximum safe amount. Drink a reasonable amount.
Someone else mentioned fluoride, here's a story from several years ago that I remembered reading. Note that while it's rare in the US a doctor in here states that he recognized it as not as rare in India.

I've read that green tea significantly cuts a person's risk of heart disease. Here's a study done in Japan in 2006 (though newer studies are out there with similar findings): https://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/news/20060912/green-tea-for-long-life#1.
The amount of tea consumed in the study for the best benefits was "five or more 3.4 oz cups of green tea" daily.0 -
A 3.4 oz cup of tea is really rather small, at least compared to my usual 12 oz mug of Earl Grey!1
