Why the overload of green tea?
What are you hoping to benefit from this?
I like it is antioxidant power of it
    It cleans body from inside
And a lot of other benefits ....it is amazing

The safe daily rate of a natural caffeine stimulant is 1000 mg, and the recommended single dose is up to 400 mg. In each variety of green tea, as well as depending on the brewing technology and water temperature, the amount of caffeine varies, however, the average value in 1 cup is about 40-70 mg. Based on this, you can drink up to 12 cups of green tea per day, but it is recommended to stay at 4-8.

What many gm of green tea leaves do you mean ?
    These 12 cups ?

Isn’t it also super high in vitamin k?

Moderation is a good idea in all things. Most likely no one has studied this because few people are likely to do this. That doesn’t necessarily mean it’s safe.

I have about 5-8 tea bags of green tea daily, sometimes more. Not because of any magical properties, but because I enjoy having a big glass of something warm next to me. As of big glass: yeah, my tea is fairly diluted, but it's still an awful lot of tea bags each day. Mind you, I do sleep well with all this caffeine, and don't get restless when on vacation. Well, I grab next to me to try and find a glass, but that's all.

I'm not sure what this would mean. What kind of cleaning do you feel happens and why?

I've read that green tea significantly cuts a person's risk of heart disease. Here's a study done in Japan in 2006 (though newer studies are out there with similar findings): https://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/news/20060912/green-tea-for-long-life#1.

The amount of tea consumed in the study for the best benefits was "five or more 3.4 oz cups of green tea" daily.

A 3.4 oz cup of tea is really rather small, at least compared to my usual 12 oz mug of Earl Grey!
