Joining late, but July 3rd is my goal date for when I see my family for the first time since quarantine! I'm really trying to focus this last week and a half, but daaaaaamn, I've been struggling HARD. I've gained a lot over quarantine (about 15 pounds from March) and would love to get to my pre-quarantine weight before my birthday at the end of July. We'll see how it goes! I've gone up a lot this week, but I'm thinking a lot of it is water weight. Hoping to see it drop quickly at first by limiting my carbs!

Not sure what's happening with my weight - other than a maintenance cal day and 1 minor overeat in 3 weeks I've stuck to my cal goal. I weigh and measure my food. The stall happened exactly when I started back at my gym. I'm not too worried as I'm losing inches but was losing steadily beforehand.

Have you tried a daily app like Happy Scale? It does a running ten day average which accounts for these changes. Then you can use the most updated average for your weight in!

I do use Happy Scale, actually. I like it, u til it gets totally bamboozled by a weekly up and down of 3-5lbs...weekly 😆 perimenopause hormones are no joke.

Adding my entry from last week late sine the community tab hasn't been loading on the app for me for a few days. But I hit my goal a week early!! I'm honestly not super stoked at the fast rate I've been losing the past 2 weeks, but I think its mostly me dropping some retained water from exercise, since I haven't been as active or been able to go for runs very much the last week or 2. I've maintained the loss so far though (was 122.8 this morning), but plan to up my calories a bit going forward.6 -
