Protruding Belly / Fat % 24.7 / Skinny

I have a protruding belly, looks like a bowling bowl. I look 3 mths pregnant.
But i'm actually skinny. and I have never been pregnant before. I started having the belly 3-4 years ago.
Weight : 45.5 kg
Height 156cm
Fat % 24.7
Muscle mass 32.1 kg
Visceral fat 3
Age 43
Questions :
- What can I do to get rid of this bloating belly ?
- For body transformation, should I focus on building muscles through strenght training first, or cardio to burn fat first ?
- What is the ideal diet to get rid of belly ? Currently, I'm pro-vegetarian (80% of my meals are vegetarian ). I do not consume alcohol, nor coffee, not do i have a sweet tooth.
- Will juice fast help ?
- Could my protruding belly be due to blocked intestines (indigestion) or bloating besides visceral fat?
Sadly my belly got worse during lockdown....

You're at a very light weight for your height. Are you sure its not just bad posture? how does your tummy look when you stand up straight and suck in your tummy a little?
and someone 3 months pregnant usually doesn't have much of a swell to see, could you have a distorted view of your belly size?8 -
Has it always been this way or is this a new issue? If it's new, talk to your doctor. If it's old, I would say to build core strength (so that your ab muscles tighten up) and consider whether you are eating so much fiber that it's blowing you up and making you gassy. Some probiotics or digestive enzymes might help you break down all the plant matter you eat. If you had an intestinal blockage, you would not be pooping and that would be a medical emergency. You would notice.5

I've always found that consistent strength/weight training is really good for the whole body but it noticeably helps the abdominal area too.3

First of all, check out this thread.

Second, how is your posture? Poor posture can make a big different in how you look.6 -

The last time you asked this question you shared your picture, and the only reason you had a belly was due to bad posture.11 -

If you deliberately gained weight, having it go to the belly is no surprise. While paying attention to your digestion, consider recomp (increase muscle mass, decrease fat mass) while making sure to give enough attention to core strength. That should take care of it. Getting enough protein to build muscle is important in this endeavor. You have a nice figure overall and I think you can make it work.

I didn't used to have this belly.
But of cos i was a lot skinnier in the past.

Have you had a recent checkup at your Gyno? Uterine fibroids and other reproductive organ issues can cause an enlarged/bloated tummy. Might be worth getting it checked out by a doctor to rule out anything serious.5

At your height 37kg gives you a BMI of 15.2 which is SEVERELY underweight. Even 39 is still in the underweight category.
You don’t need to lose any more weight. It’s either a posture or a body image issue.
There’s a great thread on here called something like “does this uterus make my stomach look fat”. PLEASE have a read.7 -
OP. Are you in recovery from an eating disorder?
Lifting weights is the way forward for you. No more weight loss.9 -
Is it all the time or does it come and go? At 43 maybe you’re starting perimenopause?0
-
Looks like poor posture and anterior pelvic tilt...

Jillian michaels work outs will help you.0

Started having belly about 2-3 yrs ago...i do not know if it's due to perimenopause or because i have been gaining weight over those years.1 -
You don’t need to lose weight. You’re underweight already. Stop obsessing about your stomach.6

I never said anything about losing weight in my post. Read my heading ,it says "SKINNY".
In fact, i have been working on gaining weight all these years. Im happy about the weight gained!
What i am saying : "losing fat", "losing belly".
I actually want to continue to gain weight. The right way.4 -

No. I have no intention to lose weight. Just lose fat. N hopefully gain muscle mass.
Ive been skinny all my life, ever since i was a tiny child. No intention to go back there!3 -

Yes, I suspect digestion may be part of the problem.
Some days my tummy feel more like a ball than other days.
Ok... So focus is core strength , muscle building....

Glad to hear you're on a better place mentally.
You do need to visit a Doctor, actually two:
First in order to confirm you don't have anything that is of any particular concern happening in your belly.
And next to consult with a physiatrist or similar in terms of figuring out the reason and best way to correct your posture. Posture could be partially self induced and correctable by things you can do, or it could be caused by mechanics having to do with other parts of your body / imbalances that may be making you adopt the posture.
Once all these things have been done/confirmed and you know whether there are any mechanical or internal issues then you will be in a position to evaluate what to do past that: exercises to correct posture? general strength training? both?!2 -

It’s hard to quickly correct. I’ve had (still have) this issue myself at times. Modern life and sitting too much...

Wall Posture. Position your feet about 12 to 18” away from the wall and slightly bend your knees. Lean back, placing your back on the wall. Slowly press your low back, tail bone, head, and shoulder blades against the wall.
Practice, practice, practice. I agree with Gary B. up there .2
