For me, alcohol interferes with my judgment and I tend to eat too much.

I just have the occasional glass of wine now. After 3 years of doing this I don’t miss it at all.
The last time I was proper drunk was in may at my partners birthday. They hangover put me in bed for a whole day. I can’t be bothered with that.
