    Off to a good start!

    I was hoping that would have gone down instead of slightly up. My eating is good, but I need to recommit to a better exercise schedule.

    Did 30 minutes on the rowing machine this morning.

    Really happy to see that. Hope I can sustain this over the weekend.

    I’ve not had the best weekend in terms of eating, so I’m actually grateful that number isn’t higher. Went on a long walk this morning and 30 minutes on the rowing machine. Hoping to at least end this round lower than where I started, even if it means I don’t quite make my goal.

    06/16 - 145.5 - I'm down 1.5 lbs. since last Tuesday, so I'm hoping this bodes well for this round.

    06/20 - 145.5 - We went to my stepdaughter's last night for "Happy Hour on the patio" and I indulged a little bit. We had a great time though. After a couple whiskey drinks, my 63 year old husband challenged our 12 year old grandson to a push up competition. Grandpa won! He started to work out a few years ago when he turned 60 and he has been a big part of my inspiration to get in shape. I did tell my husband not to gloat too much though because in just a few years the grandson will probably be able to kick his butt.
    06/21 - 146 - I'm sure this is still leftover from Friday and I had a patio party for my Dad today for Father's day so I'm not looking forward to the scale tomorrow. However, it was a nice visit and my Dad was thrilled to get his favorite burger and sides from a local restaurant.
