    I started the 16/8 intermittent fasting and clean eating. And adding more exercise. I have no thyroid due to thyroid cancer. So, it's not as easy for me. 🙄 But I'm here on this journey.

    From the UK. Had been a member on and off for a few years. Knuckled down and lost nearly 3 stone while using the app in around 9 months. I stopped using after Christmas and have decided to try again as I still have about 9lbs I want to shift.

    Sorry to hear about your thyroid. That really sucks. I hope you are getting better.

    I started doing plant based whole food eating. I have lots of weight to loose. At least another 80 lbs.
