@Ldenzel Hard work is right, you look fantastic! I am digging the new hair and glasses, wowza!!!!Daisyfinch90 wrote: »@Ldenzel WOW! Keep on at it, you’ve done amazingly so far. Your new hair and glasses look great, they make you look like a different person! You’ve got such a pretty smile, but I can see that in the “after” photos it’s so much wider!
Thank you so much! I had a minor pause in my weight loss due to a cancer diagnosis (hence the hair), but now that I'm cancer free, I want to be as healthy as possible. I feel so much better already!18 -

I started at over 215 pounds at 5'3", though I'm not sure of the exact number. The only highest weight I know for sure is 212 at a doctor's visit a few years back, but that was after having already lost some weight since the full-body before picture that I have posted. I am down to 113 pounds, and have been maintaining for a while now.
wow to you also! you look fabulous!20 -

My heaviest non-pregnant weight (165 or more?) and then at 140lbs. I'm down to 135 now and trying to build muscle and lose fat. Don't care about the scale number if I can lose inches now.

The first pic is a little bit older but it's at the same weight I was at when I started making a serious effort to count calories and to supplement my cycling with running to keep the calories burning. About 5-6 months in so far and I've lost between 15-20 pounds. Clothes fit better and body feels better. Not nearly as much gasping for air on hard rides. If I can do it...anyone can do it.

You totally look so much healthier. Good on you!8 -
I still have about 30 lbs to go, but so far I've lost 100 and I'm so unbelievably proud. I know it isn't the best picture as my dress is poofy. But I felt super pretty yesterday lol.

On Xmas Day 2014, I jumped on the scales after noticing I'd put a bit of weight on and I was shocked to discover I was 103kg/16st 2/227lbs. I decided there and then that this had to be changed but I didn't know how.
A work mate told me about My Fitness Pal. So I decided to take a look at it and boy was I shocked to learn what I was putting in my body.
In 2015 I stopped drinking completely for 4 months, slowly cut out meat (I'm now fully veggie), stopped processed food (takeaways etc), measure out my portion sizes, quit fizzy pops, swapped milk chocolate for dark chocolate, made my own veggie curries, soups and chillies and aimed for 10k steps a day as well as 2000 calories a day (now 1750). I lost 4st in 8 months.
I've now used MFP for 1906 days consecutively and at my lowest in October '16 I was done to 71.2kg/11st 2/157lbs, but this in part was due to a bit of dip in my mental health after hitting a bit of a tough period for a few reasons.
I've gone from a 34" waist to a 30/32" and from XL t-shirts to L.
I now float between 73kg/11st 5/169lbs (my perferred weight) and 77kg/12st 1/177lbs, that latter being what I weighed 1st January this year. I'm aiming when I do Dry January next year to stay off the Guinness and hit 70kg, so I then have a I have a buffer between 70-73kg.
Today, 15th June 2020, I stand @ 75.3kg/11st 9/166lbs

Some may not see a lot of change between these pictures but for me mentally as well as physically, there has been a big change. Just shy of a 10lb loss in weight which was ideal for me as didn’t need to lose a lot and a good drop in BF%. My Vo2 Max has improved massively and at 45 years old I’m ok with how I look and feel. Now comes a long lay off for Post Op recovery but I’m sure my aching bones will be pleased so they can be ready to go again in the future💪💪💪41 -
Transformation Tuesday!
Down 15lbs and 5% BF since starting my Elite Man program 8 weeks ago, but that's nothing compared to where I was 3 YEARS ago.
Can't wait to see where I'll be in another months time!
