My goal is no snacking at all after 8pm. On days when snacking wins, my hard line is not exceeding my calories for the day because of it.

I have been successful in changing the late night snack to decaf and/or fruit, but I did add 80 cal greek yogurt for that sweet treat feeling. It has really helped.1 -

Meh - a decent month, although my caloric intake in general has been less than good. Onto July!!!

Good start but not stopping with snacking after 7 pm like I wanted. Need to move it back to 9 pm to make more realistic but use apples, yogurt, etc. after dinner instead of trigger foods.0 -
