400 calories total for the whole two hours? Assuming you were going at it with reasonable energy, sure, that's possible. Might even be on the low side, depending on details.
(I started on MFP at 5'5" and 154lbs, already working out regularly, so this is a somewhat experienced-based estimate.)6 -
That seems reasonable to me, with the little info we have1

I’m 5’4” and 120 but 400 calories for 2 hours with your height and weight seems reasonably accurate1

I would give it a low call.
At 5’1 and 102lbs that (200 cal) is my average hourly burn for that type of exercise, so 400 for 2 hr.
If you are consistent with the type of exercise and frequency, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to stick to that number and monitor your numbers for 4-6 weeks. Adjust up or down as needed.
400 is very unlikely to be an over estimate.

Um; who knows... Id call it good or not log it0

Sounds low to me, very much doubt it's "wayyyy too many calories burned".
540 cals per hour is my steady cycling pace but clearly a very different exercise.1
