You asked for it so here we are again.WHERE has the year gone I might ask?

JULY CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 aweeeeeeeeeeeeeeee COME ON..YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!

Anyway YOU choose your mode of exercise
Set a goal of how many steps/miles etc
Come here daily, weekly or whenever you get the chance and log your progress for all of us too rejoice in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


June was the best month for me in more than a year. Having a knee injury sure set me back but PRAISE GOD with knee exercise and constant trying I have made it this far....Camping in June helped a lot because we walked and hiked several times a day. At home I am not always able too do that...HOWEVER I am still going too TRY. My goal for JULY WILL BE 110 WALKING MILES/STEPS! :)

    July is my month to focus on being fit and healthy .Normally I walk long distances but have lapsed and become sporadic. I now aim to walk equal miles to a full marathon per week That’s 26.2 miles per 7 days . So tomorrow is my first day

    July 1st..................Walked some with the dogs but mostly I got in a fast walk as the husband took the girls after about 15 minutes! yayyyyyyyyyyyyy....

    I'm in again! Looking ver my plan for the month, and, barring any further injury, migraine, or other such disaster, my goal is 100 miles. Whoooo...such a number!

    Joined a message board that "requires" a min 20 minutes of excercise per day (along with daily check ins, daily logging & eating at or under goal. What I need to help me get back on track). Tomorrow was to be a rest day, but instead I have a min 20 min yoga session planned. Have to say, as tight as my legs have been feeling, I'm kinda looking forward to it, even though my shoulder is still hurting something fierce.

    Goal: 100 miles

    7/2 - Biked 11.77 miles
    7/3 - Walked 1.05 miles
    7/4 - Walked 4.31 miles (20.39 done, 79.61 to go)

    I hope it’s not too late to join . I have been walking about 3 miles but at a slow pace . I decided to walk less miles and try to up my pace . So my challenge is to walk faster instead of longer.

    @bm1409 Welcome! Never too late to join!!

    So I know I had that Yoga session scheduled for Sunday. However, I coud barely keep my eyes open most of the day, and my body decided to take a REST day! I did manage to get some stretching in inbetween naps, but WOW! I've been totally exhausted since then, even taking 2 naps yesterday. Woke up this am & was supposed to do a bike ride, but the thought of getting kitted up, getting the bike downstairs & doing it....waaaaay too exhausting. Decided to do that lower body yoga session with Cole Chance on YogaTX on YouTube instead. Have a follow up w/GP tomorrow for shoulder, will mention the exhausion to him.
