Doing this challenge Definitely helped last night because I would’ve consumed way too many calories after 8:00 otherwise! Knowing I’d be blowing my streak and starting over was the only thing that stopped me.2 -

Sigh... I didn't snack late but I did overeat all day on wings and sugar cookies prior to that and forced myself to log it just to record, so I will count as lns. What a crazy day.2 -

I sense a pattern. Oh well - this week will help a ton I think.

When I cycle I can't eat enough. When I don't, I eat too much!

My goal is no snacking after 8pm. If that fails, my “hard line” is not exceeding my daily calorie limit because of it.

Had a true “midnight snack” after picking up DH from the airport the other night. Got back on track last night. Tonight will mark the end of week one.0 -

Yesterday's day killed me. I was on the couch after dinner until I moved to my bed...

Looks good but deceiving. I ate too much the whole July 4 WEEKEND, not just the day. But if I’d have snacked after 8, it would’ve been worse. Have been back on track the past couple of days. Phew!2 -

Had a late tennis match, so I had to eat after 9 pm. But, I lost a pound, so it was worth it.1 -
I am going to get in on this. My cut off for eating is 8 pm Sunday to Thursday. I give myself an extra hour on the weekends as my granddaughters are around and we usually have a treat around 8 to 8:30.
