I’m 2.4 pounds from my goal weight. I’d like to see it before Labor Day. I’m great at losing weight, maintaining is where I struggle. So I’d like to still be in my maintenance range (150-155) by Labor Day. I’m currently right in the middle of it, but still aiming for my goal weight.

We don't celebrate Labor Day here in Australia but I will join in because September 6 is my birthday!! I started a weight loss vlog eight weeks ago where my initial goal was to get to a healthy BMI by my 44th birthday. However, almost 15lbs later I've achieved that I want to lose slowly but I would like to get my bodyfat into the 25-29% range as well by that date.
