How do you manage stress?

What are some things that you do that help you manage stress? I love to meditate, foot roll and walk my dog.

I don't stress easy, usually when I do it's because of an overly tight schedule or a big project that just seems really daunting. So, for me, making a schedule or plan really helps out.2

Meditation, getting outside even for five minutes, drink a cup of tea. Quarantine has taught me how much I love to just go on a drive with no destination or purpose. I live in the same region where I grew up and just driving has shown me all these beautiful spaces I didn’t know existed.4

Jiu Jitsu and taking my atv out in the mud!3

Music. Removed all negative people in my life like literally gone. And the stress pretty much was gone like the wind 💨.1

I live near tons of hiking trails and quiet beaches, so either one of those.
Splitting firewood. It has to be done anyway but hitting something over and over with a large axe while in pissed and not going to prison? It's pretty great.4 -
Cycling, running. I'm a b*tchy nervous wreck after work until I get my cardio in.0

Go for walks or exercise at home. Get out of the house as much as possible1

For me it’s the gym for sure. Or just getting outside for a walk with some good music playing.2

Music!! I love to turn the radio up loud and dance around! Also wine.. lol..2

I vent about everything (or listen to music really loudly) while I clean the house. Then read a book in a nice hot bath. Or cry it out. Yeah sometimes I cry.. alot..🥴😆😝0

I clear my head by running or doing a killer workout. Makes it easier to deal with stress after clearing my head0

I haven't found a way yet for it that consistently works. But usually I spend time alone when I am stressed and I kind of talk to my mind remindimg it all the challenging situations I dealt with and overcome in life until now and reminding myself as long as I breath there isn't anything I can't handle2

I eat. Not a healthy way to manage stress, I admit. But that is why I am here in the first place3

I meditate every work morning, use a ton of positive self-talk, take at least solitary 12 walks a week, talk to mom/friends/partner, watch a nostalgic movie from childhood, clean up and relax in the cleaned environment, light candles, etc.
For stress while at work, it’s harder. I got a book called “Work Makes Me Nervous” and it’s been really helpful in giving some tips to stay level-headed and high-performing at work while dealing with adrenaline and anxiety, and learning not to avoid the things that cause adrenaline and anxiety. It advises a lot of tuning in to your feelings, naming them, using a ton of nurturing-self-talk/logical self-talk to balance out the inner critical thoughts that spiral around and make anxiety hard to work through. And of course, dedicated practice in taking all those things you usually want to avoid, and bravely tackling them instead of hiding.1 -
I also keep a pretty strict work-habit routine that I think helps manage stress. I do a morning 5-10 min meditation, I drink at least 4 glasses of water a day, I take a full 30 min lunch and 15 min afternoon break for food, I log all distractions in a distraction tracker I made, I put my phone out of reach, and I take a mid-day 10 min walk after eating.1

I journal, work out, go for a walk by myself, or make lists. The large lined post it notes are my favorite. There are lists everywhere... I think my husband thinks I am crazy.0

Nice walk/run listening to music. Failing that it’s chocolate for me0

I sleep!?!? Is that odd..?? I nap and then feel like okay gotta get my *kitten* together and go. I do listen to guided meditation as I fall asleep though!0
