My original 40 lb loss took about 10 months. Covid excuses had me gain 15 back, and now I'm back to that 40 lb total loss. My before photo was taken June 20195 -
Sensational work. You look amazing! If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? Because that is an epic transformation for 40 pounds! (not saying 40 pounds isn't a lot - it's just that I look similar to your before picture, and can't imagine 40 pounds (18 kg) would have me looking like you do in the after picture. But I sure as hell hope it does! You are a total inspiration to me right now.1

Thanks!
To answer your question, I'm 5'6. I was 205 lbs in the first photo, I'm 165 right now. Still technically in the overweight bracket but I'm getting there!4 -

Shoot, I’m not to 40 yet. But I’m at 33 lost. lol. And I don’t see a difference like yours !

Great job! You look fantastic!0

Trust me guys, I know it doesn't seem real! All I can think is the muscle I'm building must really weigh a lot.. I look at myself currently and I don't see someone who's still overweight (according to bmi) and weighs 165 lbs. But I do!1

Total inspiration! Tthank you for posting

Both! Though tbh most of the weight came off with just healthy eating and intermittent fasting, no exercise. The inches I've been majorly losing these last two months though, where I've incorporated workouts!
Feel free to friend request me, my diary is open to see 😊0
