Low Carb Macro Help

Hi there.. I am looking for help on figuring out what my macros should be. I would like to lose 60 pounds. I've done Keto in the past, but am looking for something less restrictive. I still want to do low carb and moderate to high fat because I believe sugar is poison and healthy fats are really good for you. I paid for the premium version of Myfitness Pal so would like suggestions on what I should set my daily percentages for fat, protein, and carbs that will help me lose weight. Thank you!
