Belly fat-roll?

Hello folks, I was wondering if any of you have problems with your belly fat-roll? Especially when you sit down and everything just becomes a consecutively arranged sushi roll?
I did a lot of cardio since lockdown on April, mostly Chloe Ting challange. My body got more toned, but at the same time I lost muscle and my body was still squishy, especially on my belly.
I have been getting back to the gym for 2 weeks now, and my body has been more tighten than ever, but I feel like it is still quite loose on my belly, even though when I stand up it looks fit and normal. I'm not sure if it's because of my diet (I'm bulking now), or is something wrong with my body?
Have anyone been in a similar situation? I'm really frustrated with the result and really appreciate it if you have any advice for me.
Here is my fitmatic body measurement if it helps with anything, and my TDEE is 2k2-2k5/day.

Not sure if you are female or male, but as a female having some lower belly fat is totally normal and most people have rolls when they sit. Also, if you've lost weight, the skin tends to be a little looser so things are a bit more jellyish. It might tighten up down the line.3

I'm not familiar with fitmatic and how it determines your body fat percentage. If you're convinced the 11% is accurate then you don't have any fat to lose, unless you're looking to compete in some type of physique competition like a body-building competition. 11% body fat is quite lean for most of us and certainly a good place to start a bulk.
So either you have an unrealistic view of your body, or fitmatic is way off in its bf% estimate, or you just don't know that when you sit, especially if you round your back, your belly is going to stick out and roll up, there's no place else for it to go.2 -
If you are bulking than you will likely get a bigger belly. Also, even people with low body fat will have rolls when they sit. That isn't a good way to judge.3

I am glad you have posted this comment. I have been feeling like the OP on my current bulking routine. (My first bulk attempt)
I found the sticky 'Former Fatboy/Fatgirl' post helps try and change your perception on Weight Gain. I think 'what I see in the mirror' or look down towards my stomach. I see it quite negative. But when I take pictures from the beginning to the end, I seem to look pretty good for progress. Our eyes/mind do blur the good parts!

Pretty much everyone has a roll when they sit down unless they are skeletally thin or have an unusual build.1

Oops. More coffee, please!
I think the picture of @mom23mangos pinching her "belly roll" while sitting down still applies!4 -
