We’re camping for a four days last week. We eat differently when we camp. I get really bloated. I was up 4 pounds after 4 days. I knew that wasn’t really valid, after 5 days back at home, I’m back to normal and even down a bit. Now the real challenge, we are heading out for 2 weeks camping.

I went on vacation again last week, visiting my in-laws in the Midwest. Before I left I sprained my foot and ankle on 07/19/20 while hiking. ☹️
It's been slowly getting better but my activity level is definitely lower. I have been advised to stay off of my foot as much as possible for a total of 6 weeks. 2 weeks down, 4 to go.
