Hello!

Hello everyone, I lost 3lbs this week and then gained a 1lb back, I haven’t started working out yet, I plan on doing 30 min cardio 3 days a week and then strength training!

    Hey - Welcome to MFP! Weight loss isn't always a straight down venture. As long as you're trending down (even with a blip or two where you see an uptick) you're doing things right. :)
