Weight has gone up a bit the past two mornings. Pretty sure it’s just water retention from a bit more sodium than usual and a 10 mile run on Saturday. Hoping I will see it drop back down tomorrow. I’m more frustrated by this small uptick that I should be and then of course my father-in-law is bragging about losing 10 lbs in just a couple weeks because he’s on some new super unhealthy crash diet. But yeah I’m just annoyed today 😒6 -
Before hurting my knee, I was really enjoying competing against myself on my walks for timing and mileage. I think I need something else to keep my motivation going this month. I am going to keep track of my weight and of my daily goals. Game on against myself!
a) Stay within 1200 calories
b) Drink 96 oz of water daily
c) Focus on arm, chest and ab exercises
d) Perform daily knee PT
e) Short walk or swim
