I split it into two 90 min sessions. I’m not a power lifter. I’m a bodybuilder. There’s a difference. My protein has to be high to maintain my size. Therefore my overall calories are high. Therefore my cardio has to be high to be in a deficit. 3 hrs of cardio is actually less than when I did my first show in 2015. I was doing 4-5 back then.
