I've been exercising every day, 1hr 3 days a week, 30mins other 4 days.
Shark week is here and I feel bloated and I know I'm retaining more water than usual. I was hoping to get 1kg off this week but not sure how that'll happen when I'm up 600grams already but would like at least 0.8 off We'll see π6 -

Yay happy to do this again! July was a mixed month for me. Overall I lost 4.5lbs, which I would have been super proud of if it wasn't for the fact the last week of July was such a disaster. I finally got to see my family since before lock-down. I over indulged as I finally was able to celebrate my anniversary etc and actually gained 3.25lb during the time away. Knowing I should have lost so much more than the 4.5lbs leaves me with mixed feelings as I feel like I let myself down. Still I am home now and ready to be back on it. This group did really help me keep a tighter rein on things, even tho I had some ups and downs, accountability groups like this are exactly what I need so here's my stats.

I met all my goals yesterday. I think the reason the scale is up is either water weight and I think I had to much sodium yesterday. The recipe that I made yesterday had more sodium than I realized.
