OK so here we are again. It is now August 2020.
The challenge is too MOVE! You decide your mode of exercise. Set a goal. Come here as often as you can throughout the month and log your progress. It inspires us ALL TOO MOVE!

My personal goal is to do at least 30 Walking Miles and to swim 36,000 yards for AUGUST!3

I'm in, my goal is 200 miles of walking which should be somewhere near 300,000 steps3
