What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My goal is to have lost 1 pound by Sunday.
I think I've finally gotten it through my head that weight loss has to be gradual. Especially for me, because it's always really hard for me to be hungry and what I've done in the past is set a low calorie goal for myself (above 1200 per day but not enough for me to feel full) and I always fall off the wagon in a week or so.
I have calculated that by consuming 1800 calories per day and being moderately active, I will lose approx. 1 pound per week for about four weeks and then after that will lose smaller and smaller percentages of a pound each week until I reach my goal weight, by which time I'll be losing about 44% of a pound each week... but will still be losing steadily.
So I'm waiting to see if my plan is working!8 -
At 255. That's a nice number. But 5 less pounds would be 250, which is also a nice round number. And if I lose 6 more pounds, I can say that I lost 50 pounds this year, and that's a good number too.21

I now have a goal-blouse. It's a nice silk/cotton blend and a good color, and I will be able to wear it when my belly shrinks a bit more. It's the last area to shrink on me too. However I'm looking forward to being able to put it on.12

I want to 'need' new (and smaller sized) jeans for winter. All the ones I've got are really baggy at the moment, but with my thighs are holding up the transition.8
-
I'm about 3.5 lbs. away from 171, which puts me halfway between my starting weight (192) and my goal (150).15

To fit my sports bra that was sent one size to small.9

213 lbs today. Want to be 210 or less by the end of next month (mfp settings are for half a pound a week).10

My goal is to increase my work outs. I am trying to walk faster on my walks. Start including short hit runs on my walks. Include stretching on my walks.7

I've taken the leap and booked a week away in Paris in Sept.
There's a couple of pairs of trousers stashed away that are still a bit to tight that would be just the thing.
I'm choosing to be optimistic that travel won't be banned and I'll be able to flit around feeling all glamorous and stylish.

Sept 3 where I will be 55 lbs down from when I started12

10kgs lost ✅
Next mini-goal is the 90% milestone on Happy Scale.
Stopping to acknowledge hitting that 90% milestone this week. My BMI also went from the 24s to the 23s. The last time I was around this size was 2006 and I had youth on my side! I am losing slowly now but that line is going down.
My next mini-goal is to get to "1kg to go"!9 -
My goal right now is to bust through 177 pounds (180 right now). It seems every time I hit 177 everything grinds to a halt. Just need to suck it up and push through.10

I really identify with this. I have been hovering at 180-181 lbs and today I hit 178 lb! Below 81 kg. I am now over 50% of my planned weight loss and (just) into normal bmi. Next mini-goal is to stabilise this and then on to those last 6 kgs...7 -
To bust out of my Zoom box looking unrecognizable! This respite from public life is a cacoon where I can develop more structure and hone my purpose. Meanwhile, my most immediate goal is to hit the 30 pounds loss marker. Four more pounds to ring that bell🔔!12

I hear you! I too am hoping for everyone to take a double take when I eventually see them in person again.
I'm treating lockdown as my little cocoon and I'm looking forward to being a fabulous butterfly when I emerge!9 -
Back on July 27...
Get back to Onederland (about 12 7 lbs to go)
I'll add a new one
Down 20 lbs (since restarting) - seems a little far away. BUT if I remember from the last time I lost weight, at about 20 lbs was when I could start noticing and when clothes started to fit better, or get loose (9.3 4.3 lbs to go)
Just updating! I think if I continue to progress as I have been I'll definitely make 20lbs down by the end of the month. Reaching ONEderland might just be out of reach, but would be awesome to hit that one by the end of the month as well.10 -
I'd like to be 168lbs by mid september when it's my 50th birthday. I'm not far away at 175lbs.6
-
Well, now I fit into at least one pair of the 16 straight jeans I didn't fit into before. I'll try the other two pairs (They're different colors, so they may be a little smaller/a little larger) over the next few days, and it's on to making them too large to be comfortable and heading for the size 14s I have in the drawer, waiting!8

3 years ago today, I ran a 10 mi race with NO TRAINING. I had signed up for it, meaning to train, got busy with an internship, and suddenly it was race day. I did it though and shaved off my previous time, coming in at 1:35. Although it would be cool to do this again, I think I LOOK a lot better aesthetically from weightlifting. So keep grinding on the weights.7

Know the feeling, just broke 160's this morning! So excited! Good Luck!2 -
Started March 2019 and lost 33 lbs. Regained 17, URG! So 2 mini goals. 1. Lose 1 lb. To put me 40 lbs from goal weight and 2. Lose 2 lbs to get me where I was before the regain. Sound easy? Well I have been hovering in the low 160's FOREVER!
Did it!!! 10 days to loose the 1st pound then 24 hours later the 2nd pound! Back to my low last year! Total loss 33 lbs. Never want to see them again.
Next mini-goal. 3 lbs. This will be the half way goal mark.7 -
Goal: To see what I look like after all the exercise of past few years when I return to 150-156 lbs that I weighed 12/2018 - 7/2019. (156.8-160 since then)
Currently 156.8.
So first mini-goal: 1563 -

Ha! Weighed in at 95kg both today and yesterday! It’s so funny, that literally means that I got to 95kg for 1 aug which was my target but that I thought was impossible since the scales weren’t moving despite my best efforts. Then suddenly Whoosh and 3 kg are gone.
Onto 92 kg - hoping to get there by 1 sep latest.
Getting closer - only 1 kg to go before I’m officially overweight..!7 -
I eat good and healthy all week so I can eat pizza on Sunday5
-
Goal: 190 lbs by Aug 31.
Currently 195 so totally doable.6 -
To get to the weight listed on my drivers liscense, the weight I lied about originally.
I said I was 190 when I was really like 220
I'm at 198 so I'm hoping my early to mid September I'll get there!13 -
My current mini goals include:
Breaking out of the 300s. I'm currently 302.4...so close.
And I'm looking forward to getting below 250, so I can go horseback riding.8
