Hi! I wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. I am new to this type of structured dieting, always been a pretty healthy eater and good with my exercise, but got a horrible bout of depression about 2 yrs. ago and gained about 50lbs. So, never had to lose that much before but trying to keep a positive attitude and not think about the entire amount, just what I eat each day and how much I exercise, but will probably need some support at times and I am willing to give it back too! I am ready to throw my "big" clothes out and fit in my jeans again, so ready! Good luck to everyone.
