Newbie seeking friends

My first goal is to lose 30 pounds by January 1. I’m not following any specific diet. I want to increase vegetables and decrease carbs. I need an accountability buddy.

    I have very similar weight loss goals! My food intake goal is to limit red meats and sodium and increase veggies! Calorie counting and actually weighing my food/ paying attention to the serving sizes has made a huge difference for me. I didn't realize how many calories I was consuming before. MFP has helped open my eyes a lot!

    Logging my food will be key to weight loss for me I think. Do you do any exercise?
