Just started this weight loss journey. I just want to be consistent with losing 1 lb a week and working out or being active for 5 days out of a week. I've always been in a rush for many things but, this is teaching me patience.8
-
I lost a little waight this week so I am motivated to see the next 1 pound go down .7 to go
Then I will have lost 7 pounds.

Overall goal: be in a healthy, strong place to try for first IUI (probably in October). Goal by end of August- get into the 160s.6
-
My mini goal is just to run 5 times a week. My goal is to be under 200 lbs.6
-
I'd like to be at a "normal" weight/BMI by my 62nd birthday. But it's a stretch. I'd have to be 7 pounds down over the next 5 weeks.9

three more pounds and I can go on a trail ride with my princesses!

Good for you! Some of us were not made to eat sugar. One lovely thing that happens is that after a while you don't miss it. If you are able to tolerate substitutes, it can give you that feeling that sweets do, but without sugar's craving, crash, infections or whatever your body does when it's riding the sugar train. Hang in there. I promise you it will be worth it.3 -

I hear you! I too am hoping for everyone to take a double take when I eventually see them in person again.
I'm treating lockdown as my little cocoon and I'm looking forward to being a fabulous butterfly when I emerge!
Thank you, Nightingale! We're in this Zoom cacoon until we can fly out! 🦋5 -
Stopping to acknowledge hitting that 90% milestone this week. My BMI also went from the 24s to the 23s. The last time I was around this size was 2006 and I had youth on my side! I am losing slowly now but that line is going down.
My next mini-goal is to get to "1kg to go"!
Exactly one kg to go on the scale this morning. I expect it will take about a month. These mini goals really do add up!12 -
Hi one of my mini goals is to stay on track until sept 17. I have a good friend coming into town and we have been supporting eachother in waight loss. My friend moved out of state, we we have supported each outher long distance. I'm excited for the visit and some training and eaing healthy together.♥9

Working out hard for 1 hour a day at home is my goal. Also to walk an hour a day. But to every day do at least 1 hour of fitness. 🤾♀️7
-
One of my goal is to eat less sugar and less carbs on a daily basis and learn to choose better alternatives all around.7
-
To not undo all of the progress I have made! Get back on track ASAP after a slip up!14
-
Do 50 recorded days in a row8
-
Not to go off plan for my first week back.6

I made it below 180 (finally) so now I have two mini-goals. Lose 5 more pounds so I'm 35 pounds to goal, and move more every day so I can burn more calories. My lighter weight means I don't have as many calories to work with, so I need to move MORE.8

Well done! That will be feeling good. Like you I am now in the 170s (lbs), and my light scales this morning showed 79.9 kg. I am now at the very top of normal bmi for my height, which feels like a good achievement. My next mini-goal is to have my heavy scales show below 80kg.

Right now I am 65 Kg, my goal is to fit into 3 of my tops which will be possible only when I loose 2 more kgs5

Keep going. Don't stop. You got this. You can do this. We got this. Just 1 hour.5
-
I want to see 250 on the scale. But I'll take any accidental overshoots to 249.(grin)7
-
Gained 14lbs thanks to CoVid quarantine madness. Back pain has gotten me off my working out. I’m slowly getting back into it.
My mini goal is to make it down to 149lbs, log every day, and continue to add bits of exercise.6 -
To be at healthy BMI range, 160 or less, in time for my early November trip to Mexico for dental work. Being at goal, 150, would be better but I like to set goals I know I can reach.6
-
I have two. One scale based, to get to 105 kg which was the lowest I've ever been as an adult, so I'd really like to get back there. The non-scale based, more long term goal, is to sit down in the tub and not form a watertight barrier with my butt lol. I'm sure most of you know what I'm talking about.14

The latest "mini goal" is to move my weight from 332.4 lbs down into the 320 lbs numbers...
Only 2.5 lbs to go but it is these little increments that look to be easily attainable that add up to the larger losses over time.
I was looking to lose about 157 lbs. That is a rather daunting number! However, by picking off the odd couple of pounds here and there for the "mini goals" I have reduced that total down by 21 lbs now.
At 136 lbs to go it is still a daunting number but the progress is there without fixating on the how far there is to go!....12 -
To walk every evening, weather permitting, with my boyfriend. It's good for him and good for me. And I never ever thought I'd be able to walk for pleasure.10
-
My current mini goal is to be at 140 (or below) on my 60th birthday, five weeks from now. I'm currently at 147, so this is definitely doable. The last time I was at 140 was half my lifetime ago.9
-
I’m focusing on logging EVERY day and adding exercise/movement 6 days a week. This week is my usual water retention, 2-3lbs gain due to girlie time, so I’m giving doing something I’ve struggled with in the past: not obsess on the number on the scale this week and instead showing me kindness!8
-
213lbs now....so excited to see OnDeRLaNd on the horizon!! I haven't been to that place since 1999! And you better believe that when I get there I'm going to party like it's 1999, too!11
