Know the feeling, just broke 160's this morning! So excited! Good Luck!2 -
Started March 2019 and lost 33 lbs. Regained 17, URG! So 2 mini goals. 1. Lose 1 lb. To put me 40 lbs from goal weight and 2. Lose 2 lbs to get me where I was before the regain. Sound easy? Well I have been hovering in the low 160's FOREVER!
Did it!!! 10 days to loose the 1st pound then 24 hours later the 2nd pound! Back to my low last year! Total loss 33 lbs. Never want to see them again.
Next mini-goal. 3 lbs. This will be the half way goal mark.7 -
Goal: To see what I look like after all the exercise of past few years when I return to 150-156 lbs that I weighed 12/2018 - 7/2019. (156.8-160 since then)
Currently 156.8.
So first mini-goal: 1563 -

Ha! Weighed in at 95kg both today and yesterday! It’s so funny, that literally means that I got to 95kg for 1 aug which was my target but that I thought was impossible since the scales weren’t moving despite my best efforts. Then suddenly Whoosh and 3 kg are gone.
Onto 92 kg - hoping to get there by 1 sep latest.
Getting closer - only 1 kg to go before I’m officially overweight..!7 -
I eat good and healthy all week so I can eat pizza on Sunday5
-
Goal: 190 lbs by Aug 31.
Currently 195 so totally doable.6 -
To get to the weight listed on my drivers liscense, the weight I lied about originally.
I said I was 190 when I was really like 220
I'm at 198 so I'm hoping my early to mid September I'll get there!13 -
My current mini goals include:
Breaking out of the 300s. I'm currently 302.4...so close.
And I'm looking forward to getting below 250, so I can go horseback riding.8 -
183 now to hit 175 then time to do another reassessment5

Just started this weight loss journey. I just want to be consistent with losing 1 lb a week and working out or being active for 5 days out of a week. I've always been in a rush for many things but, this is teaching me patience.8
-
I lost a little waight this week so I am motivated to see the next 1 pound go down .7 to go
Then I will have lost 7 pounds.

Overall goal: be in a healthy, strong place to try for first IUI (probably in October). Goal by end of August- get into the 160s.6
-
My mini goal is just to run 5 times a week. My goal is to be under 200 lbs.6
-
I'd like to be at a "normal" weight/BMI by my 62nd birthday. But it's a stretch. I'd have to be 7 pounds down over the next 5 weeks.9
-
three more pounds and I can go on a trail ride with my princesses!
10 -
2 lbs and I will be back to my goal weight, instead of losing 2 I have been gaining 2 so need to get on the ball!8

Good for you! Some of us were not made to eat sugar. One lovely thing that happens is that after a while you don't miss it. If you are able to tolerate substitutes, it can give you that feeling that sweets do, but without sugar's craving, crash, infections or whatever your body does when it's riding the sugar train. Hang in there. I promise you it will be worth it.3 -

Meanwhile, my most immediate goal is to hit the 30 pounds loss marker. Four more pounds to ring that bell🔔!
I hear you! I too am hoping for everyone to take a double take when I eventually see them in person again.
I'm treating lockdown as my little cocoon and I'm looking forward to being a fabulous butterfly when I emerge!
Thank you, Nightingale! We're in this Zoom cacoon until we can fly out! 🦋5
