My fiance just had Bariatric surgery not too long ago and is now able to eat soft foods. Does anyone know of a good website of recipes for different stages of bariatric? (Mainly looking for soft food recipes right now.)

Pinterest and if your on Instagram there are alot of vsg people on there that post recipes. Or just good vsg recipes . Goodluck

Refried beans on the days I just can't decide what I want with a little teaspoon of sour cream and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
