lost more than a kg in 1 week2

I'm just looking to break the 73kg barrier. My last low was 5 weeks ago and then suddenly my weight shot back up mysteriously and is only going back down sooooo slowly (73.7 kg today).
So I'd love to see 72 something on the scales!4 -
My mini goal is to try and lose 5 pounds by my birthday (9/20). It’s a little ambitious especially because I’m so close to my goal weight, but I am going to try 💪🏽6

I"m only 4 lbs away from a normal bmi. I haven't been a normal bmi since 1983.16
-
I'm 1 pound away from 250, which was my last mini-goal, and reaching 246 will mean I've lost 50 pounds this year. 250 also means that I have just about 100 pounds remaining to lose, so anything below that takes the "pounds to lose" number into double rather than triple digits. Woo!13

Getting out of the 200s. Have 6lbs left!10

Going to my follow up on Tuesday and showing my doc that I’ve lost 10lbs! My cholesterol was up at my physical in June...7

To lose the pounds I gained since March. 😬6

I go back to doctor on Sept 22 and would like to lose 6-8 lbs by then

I love this thread and everyone's journey.
I'm at 218.2 today so my first set of mini goals are:
1: hit 217 or 15 and a half stone
2. hit 215 because 5s are a nice number!
3. hit 210 because 0s are good too plus that's the 15 stone marker
4. likewise 205
5. hit 203 for 14 and a half stone
5. and 200....I'd love to get there by the end of the year but trying not to add extra pressure to myself so I don't get frustrate with those up days.6 -
two mini goals at the moment.
(1) To lose half a pound to put me below 330 lbs (hopefully get that done on Sunday)
(2) To get my BMI below 40 (Hoping that will be done on my next measures day, 06/09/2020)
Mini goal update.
I am now 326 lbs, so smashed through the 330s
New mini goals are:
To get the BMI below 40
To get the weight into the 3teens
All this by 6th September.....(tall order for the weight so not going to be too disappointed if that fails)10 -
I'm about 3.5 lbs. away from 171, which puts me halfway between my starting weight (192) and my goal (150).
My 7-day moving average was 171 today, so I'm now officially halfway. Next mini-goal is 164 lbs, because that's the point that I move from "overweight" to "normal" for my height.5 -
Get down to 115kg3
-
I set a goal to travel to Iceland and carry the Husafell stone. I want to be "Fullsterkur"8
-
If I lose just THREE MORE POUNDS I'll be at a normal BMI for the first time in 37 years.25
-
I've been hovering in a plateau for a month, hovering 1-1.5 lbs above 160, and I really want to get and stay under 160 lbs., comfortably, by the end of September.9
-
I am new to the keto diet, today is day 1. My mini goal is to stay completely away from coffee creamer and soda all week.9
-
Reached 90kg this morning. Next mini mini goal is to have my weight start with an 8.
Proper mini goal is to get below 87kg which is my lowest recorded weight as an adult (2014, after weight loss). After that we’re into unchartered territory 😬6 -

So I've backpedalled. A fair bit.
New mini-goal: My restarting tracking MFP-versary is in 10 days. Looking to shave a few pounds off my current weight, to reach 52 pounds in 52 weeks.
From there, the next numeric mini-goal will be reaching 187.3 lbs on the 28-day average. Hoping to reach this on or before September 30th, and it would keep the "52 in 52" thing going, which would be nice.
I took things pretty strong last fall (Oct-Dec were 12.7, 15, and 10.8 lbs lost respectively on the 28-day average), so there will eventually be a point where I will come up a bit short in that mark -- probably October (I'm finding the mental game is harder as weight moves lower and I am not going to try again for double-digits in a month). It's a nice thought to keep it going as close as I can within reason though. I'll be able to catch up to the 52 in 52 again in late winter/early spring if I'm diligent, as I slowed down then backpedalled after January. Kind of a neat thing I just realized is that I just need to work toward "catching up" to the 52 less than the end of January's average and I'll be in the neighborhood where I am thinking I'll be able to shift into recomposition mode. Crazy. I know it's still months away, but these mini goals really do help to make the transition through the larger game.

I got it today. Exactly at 52 pounds down, and it's the one year anniversary of my return to logging. Well, the first weigh-in wasn't for a few days (4th), but I'm checking the box and moving on toward the 187.3 28-day average by the 30th. Currently at 194.7 on the average, so it will take some hard work this month to get there. Back-up goal is to reach a weigh-in of 184.7 on or before that day. It'll still require serious diligence, but it's a bit more doable.7 -
Going to my follow up this morning and showing our doc that I lost 10lbs. since my June physical!11
-
Next mini goal is to get to overweight status - part of my head says that it's more of a MAXI goal but it's really only 8 pounds away. That in and of itself blows my mind. I was at the low end of class 3 obese and now I'm in the low end of class 1.15

To fix my cholesterol issues by my next blood work appt which is December and to see the 100s again - I have been stuck at 202 for 10 days now. UGH.11
-
Keeping up the fitness I gained this summer through hiking and backcountry camping so I can keep doing it with relative ease until the end of September!8

If I lose 5 more pounds I will not be morbidly obese! I never thought that being just obese would be a goal but it is.
BMI is broken down as follows:
* Normal: 19.0–24.9
* Overweight: 25.0–29.9
* Obese stage 1: 30.0–34.9
* Obese stage 2: 35.0–39.9
* Morbidly obese stage 3: 40.0 or greater14 -
My mini goal is losing just 3.5 pounds more because it will put me into onderland for the first time in 10+ years! Goal is to be around 160.16
-
What's motivating me now is to stay the course no matter if I can see results or not.14
-
I want to be able to get my wedding ring on and off without it being a struggle. Idk if that's 5 lbs or 10 lbs away, but it will be the best accomplishment when I get there.12
-
My mini goal is to be below 300 pounds when I next see my doctor later this month. The scale read 301 yesterday so I'm hopeful!15
-
I'd like to lose 12 pounds and get out of the 300's by my birthday next month.6
-
I want to get below 250. It may take me a bit because I'm plateaued at 252 and it's TOM, but 250 is the goal. Then on to 246, which will be 50 pounds lost, and I get a Dooney & Burke purse, Boyfriend says.10
