    Final goal: 145-155. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise: Walk 3 or more miles per day a minimum of 4 x per week. Do aerobic dancing at home a minimum of 3 x per week.

    08/25 …..210.5 ….. 1 ½ slices of pizza last night during movie night with my son and THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!! I actually started to gag when eating the 2nd slice and had to spit it into my napkin. Over a pound gained overnight! Very disappointed that I will spend this round just to get back down to my inflated, overweight, obese number that I started with. I will try to fit in extra movement today, extra water, and stick to my guns!

    08/28 …..210.7 ….. After travel weigh-in. Yikes!!!!!

    08/29 …..211.4 ….. Holy Cow! And yesterday was not a bad day. No binge. No sweet snacks. I did have some hash browns with my fish! Must be residual from the travel still showing up. Today will have to be extra strict.

    08/30 …..210.9 ….. I was extra strict as promised yesterday and it payed off on the scale this morning. However, ended up traveling downstate all day today to shop for TV for my son (his blew up unexpectedly). Restaurant included. So I dread tomorrow’s scale but I will be extra strict tomorrow again. Trying to catch up on several days of posts. Should have them read by tomorrow.

    08/31 …..211.1 …..
    Applebee’s yesterday. Grilled Lime chicken. I ate some of the rice, but not all. Happy that the weight change was small. Overly hungry today but trying to keep it reigned in. Mid 70’s today. I’m hoping for a small hike near the river and a picnic with a friend.

    09/01 …..211.6 ….. Well, there it is. I didn’t get in the hike either (friend didn’t want to) but the picnic on the river was very nice. Kept calories reasonable. However, bad snacks last night on top of travel/restaurant food twice this past week!

    @SheilaBoneham I’m glad you found Mike! It’s so scary when our fur babies go missing. Oskar likes to hide and MAY come out if he hears the treat jar! Your DH’s eggplant Parmesan sounds WONDERFUL. I love cheese! Part of the reason I have found keto/LCHF so easy and sustainable, I guess!
