I thought it looked like an end of the boxes mash up of shreddies, coco puffs, cheerios and corn pops...in chicken noodle soup!

After an extremely long day working when I was supposed to be off I said eff it. I didn’t even BBQ these chicken tenders. Just seasoned, grilled, and squirted BBQ sauce on them.

For Fathers Day my dads favourite, free-form apple pie. 2 have black cherry jam smeared under the apple and the 3rd has apricot jam.

Baked Buffalo cauliflower (without breading b/c I'm too cheap with the calories) and baked spicy Thai peanut broccoli...with a veggie burger. I can't even tell you how good the broccoli and cauliflower are, even tho I didn't try the cauliflower with ranch dip, as planned
As usual, cooking kills my appetite...oh well, I love and appreciate leftovers

Curry chickpea salad on a flatbread with crunchy veggies and arugula.2 -
Baked Buffalo cauliflower (without breading b/c I'm too cheap with the calories) and baked spicy Thai peanut broccoli...with a veggie burger. I can't even tell you how good the broccoli and cauliflower are, even tho I didn't try the cauliflower with ranch dip, as planned
