    Hey all just got back on Myfitness pal started back in 2010 when I got out of the navy I weighed 230 pounds then and lost 60 pounds in about 2 years I’m back again starting at 215 looking to drop to 180 for starters looking for support and friends. I live in MN and am a supervisor for the post office in Rochester MN have a good eve. Looking forward to meeting new friends
