    Notes: Annoyed. Though I tried really hard this week, I was around 250 calories over my 1400 calorie limit most days. I think the main stumbling point is doing this with a partner who is not trying to lose weight so a bunch of take-out ends up being ordered and I feel too bad to say no! Made a meal plan for all home cooked meals this week. Here's hoping I see those numbers go down!
