    9/7 157.5 First week down .5 lbs. Leaving town for a few days. This will be a new challenge since I started MFP during sheltering in place. Plan to do a lot of walking.

    September has been a struggle for me. I switched jobs and have lost consistency in food and exercise. Will keep posting here though as it forces me to see that the food and exercises choices show on the scale.

    9/7 157.5 First week down .5 lbs. Leaving town for a few days. This will be a new challenge since I started MFP during sheltering in place. Plan to do a lot of walking.
    9/12 158. away for 5 days, gained .5 lbs. Walked/Hiked beaches, paths and trails approx. 37 miles in addition to strolling, sightseeing. Ate in restaurants everyday, fresh fish, seasonal fruits, blueberry scones, fresh peach cobbler with scoop of ice-cream, yummmm!
