    9/7 157.5 First week down .5 lbs. Leaving town for a few days. This will be a new challenge since I started MFP during sheltering in place. Plan to do a lot of walking.
    9/12 158. away for 5 days, gained .5 lbs. Walked/Hiked beaches, paths and trails approx. 37 miles in addition to strolling, sightseeing. Ate in restaurants everyday, fresh fish, seasonal fruits, blueberry scones, fresh peach cobbler with scoop of ice-cream, yummmm!

    Thanks! Little worried that it’s happening too fast, but I’m not feeling like I’m majorly depriving myself or doing anything that isn’t sustainable. I’m 5’4”, with an ultimate goal weight of 130 and an interim goal weight of 145 before April. I’m exercising for about 30 minutes each morning with Ring Fit Adventure and walking 20 minutes each night with our dog, and I eat about 1,500-1,600 calories per day. (I set MyFitnessPal to Lightly Active, since I chase 2 kids all day and easily get 10,000 steps per day, and it’s set to lose 0.5 lbs a week.).
