9/7 157.5 First week down .5 lbs. Leaving town for a few days. This will be a new challenge since I started MFP during sheltering in place. Plan to do a lot of walking.

Thanks! Little worried that itβs happening too fast, but Iβm not feeling like Iβm majorly depriving myself or doing anything that isnβt sustainable. Iβm 5β4β, with an ultimate goal weight of 130 and an interim goal weight of 145 before April. Iβm exercising for about 30 minutes each morning with Ring Fit Adventure and walking 20 minutes each night with our dog, and I eat about 1,500-1,600 calories per day. (I set MyFitnessPal to Lightly Active, since I chase 2 kids all day and easily get 10,000 steps per day, and itβs set to lose 0.5 lbs a week.).2 -

9/7 157.5 First week down .5 lbs. Leaving town for a few days. This will be a new challenge since I started MFP during sheltering in place. Plan to do a lot of walking.
9/12 158. away for 5 days, gained .5 lbs. Walked/Hiked beaches, paths and trails approx. 37 miles in addition to strolling, sightseeing. Ate in restaurants everyday, fresh fish, seasonal fruits, blueberry scones, fresh peach cobbler with scoop of ice-cream, yummmm!
