    It seems that eveyone is doing well except me... I am pretty sure now that i have binge eating disorder ok i leave this group first i gotta deal with my emotions

    Pretty spectacular apparent weight loss this week. However, on holiday I did a lot of walking which hurt my arthritic hip and also increased muscle and nerve pain due to my ME/CFS so took a fair share of my prescribed codeine, which has constipation as a side effect. Home again, more normal activity level plus being able to get back into the swimming pool as my finger injury and infection had healed, meant that I stopped the codeine, my digestive system reverted to normal and cleared the backlog, hence the weight loss of 6lbs. Sorry if that's too much information, but its true, even if some of that weight loss really belonged to August!

    Glad to hear you are doing better. Suzikay. This group is so good about supporting each other. Don't get discouraged if you have a bad week. I need you to post rather you gain or loose anything or not.

    I am new to forums and have found inspiration from all of you to stick with my eating plan. I have challenges with getting the excerise in everyday. However, I'll just keep reading what you post which is motivating me to not give up. It seems I have a long ways to go, but I sure feel better knowing I'm not alone in this journey. Thanks everyone and feel free to friend me. Not sure how to do that yet. :-)

    Hope I can jump in on this one week late. Just looking for some support and accountability. I will just put my starting weight in for today and go from there. I have struggled all summer and put on about 8 lbs...if I could take that off in September it would be amazing!

    Lost 0.8 - not exactly what I was hoping for considering the amount of exercise I've been doing in the past 7 days as added 30 Day shred into my exercise plan. Nevermind there is always next week!! Well done everyone with their success, keep it up xx
