    Met my plank goal on SEP23 but still have at least one more "DareBee Killer Core Plank Workout" Level II workout to go in order to feel accomplished.

    Coming in at the wire with the last of the DareBee workouts, which I completed about 15 min ago.

    Goal: I was to have done 8-9 DareBee Killer Core Plank Workouts (with level progression) this month along with 66 minutes of planks.

    Actual: I got 7 DareBee Killer Core Plank Workouts (with level variation but not really progression) and 66 minutes of planks.

    It'll have to do 🤷🏾‍♀️ On to October's challenge, where my upper body bar is even lower...
