A nice little whoosh on the last day of the month, finally! I knew it would come eventually. When I’m in a deficit, my weight has always gone up down up down up... big drop... repeat. I’ll probably be up tomorrow. The body is so weird!
This was a really good month for me. I stuck with this challenge and weighed in every single day (good, bad, or ugly) and I logged every single calorie (also good, bad, or ugly). If I can consistently do those two things, I know I can get a better grip on maintaining my weight loss. I was on an upward trajectory in July and August and this challenge helped me rein that in.

9/12 158. away for 5 days, gained .5 lbs. Walked/Hiked beaches, paths and trails approx. 37 miles in addition to strolling, sightseeing. Ate in restaurants everyday, fresh fish, seasonal fruits, blueberry scones, fresh peach cobbler with scoop of ice-cream, yummmm!
