My current goal is increasing lifts and losing fat. I finished my bulk and upped my bench to 350 lbs, even back in my "prime" a decade ago I only managed 330. Mini goal is hitting 400 by 2022. Fitness goal is 14% bf and 205 lbs by 2022. Currently at 19.2% and 222. Starting was a couple years ago at 254 and 27%9

On Aug 29, coincidentally my twins' birthday, I hit 179.8 for the first time since 1999. My next goal was to stay below 180. I have successfully been below 180 everyday for a month! I am now at 176.8 which is a just astounding to me! Woohoo!
Next mini goal is to see 175 by my birthday in mid October!16 -
(10 September) Oh and my new mini goal? (Duh! I was so excited at getting to two-thirds of the way to goal for the first time!) To be under 80 kg all day, not just in the morning after exercise, and to hit 78.3 kg which will be 75% of the way to goal (which is currently 75 kg).
I am now weighing in at under 81 kg all day, which means I am in normal bmi all the time

Just to eat on plan and break the next zero on the scale is my mini-goal. Bigger goals overwhelm me. Mini-goal for housework is just 15 minutes a day. Often I do much more but sometimes it's hard to get started. The first step is the most important one. Once I am moving I am motivated to continue. I think that applies to eating plan as well. Staying on track motivates me to continue on this road to success.9

Well, as I am going on a planned and scheduled diet break for the first two weeks of October, I'm not planning to lose any weight for a bit. So this is giving me some uncertainty and anxiety and I am going to work on handling that while figuring out how the heck I'm going to add in calories. I'm doing very well on my 1500 and really don't want too much more, since I"m accustomed to small portion sizes and I don't want that to change for two weeks worth of eating.5

I really want to to lose 2 kg to reach my lowest recorded weight of 87kg (2014) during October.6

Cut the gym membership and bought a treadmill this past weekend - first goal is to use it daily this week. 3 out of 3 so far.
Congratulations! I followed this same path a few years ago. My best investment ever.
I started with walking, then C25k, then half marathon. I remember cheering the first time I actually ran, slowly, for a full 5 minutes.8 -
my goal is to do st least w hours a day of fitness.
1 hour walk
1 hour Tibeten Yoga
And hopefully more8 -
Bodyfat to 15% from the 19% I'm at now. Overall (Long-term) goal is 10%-12%.5

To get back to where I started before the quarantine when I wanted to lose! Then keep going from there. I have done it before I can do it again.9

I want to get a tuxedo, look good in it, and take my girlfriend out dancing. She is drop dead gorgeous. She looks like Audrey Hepburn. She deserves a man who looks like he belongs with her.

Well, I didn't make my goal...but that's ok - I still lost 7.8 pounds.19 -
370-375 by Xmas, currently 392, down from 570.27

My mini goal is to have less processed food, overall. It has been the best thing for me to help with weight loss.13

Thank you for the encouragement. I've always set myself up for failure by making my goals to unrealistic and now I'm trying a new approach. Good luck with your mini-goal.

This is what I had to do to lose, hit my goal, and stay in maintenance. Got so tired of losing the weight and then gaining it all back again. Finally realized I'd never keep it all off if I kept restricting myself and expecting more than I could consistently give! When I started setting more realistic goals, allowing myself "everything in moderation," and exercising in a way that I could keep it up long-term, everything started coming together. And here I am in maintenance for well over a year, now.
You're going to great... keeping it realistic is a slow and steady way of doing it, making it a lifestyle, and keeping it off!10 -

Next mini goal, to get to the lowest weight I got to last time I tried losing weight in early 2019. 7 lbs to go
I made it on October 1st! My next mini goal is to see the 170's! It will be the first time since 2013 when I lost 70 lbs after having my last baby. Even then I only got to 177 before giving up. My goal after that is to get to an overweight BMI instead of Obese. So that puts me at 174. Less than 10 lbs to go!

Kinda of a maxi-goal, but now that it is October it is in sight: Doing the 2020km running challenge for the year, 75% complete today so I need to nail the next three months to bring it home!9

to make it to Tuesday without breaking my diet. On Tuesday, it'll be 6 weeks and I've heard that's how long it takes to form new habits (like healthy eating)10

My mini goal is to complete my three-day fast on Sunday and not succumb to any hunger pangs. So far, so good.5

Somewhat surprisingly I hit 87kg this morning. New mini goal is 85kg, a nice round number.
My other mini goal is to log a 10K run under 7 min/km. current PB is 7:01.8 -
Just 3 1/2 lb to go to hit my first mini goal of losing 1 1/2 stone...5
-
After a good Weights and measures day my next goal is to lose 6.5 lbs to drop into the 21 stone numbers!5

(30 September) My next mini-goal is to be below 77.5 kg which will take me into the top of my maintenance range (assuming I maintain at 75kg +/- 2.5 kg). Suddenly this feels pretty close! MFP gave me 75.5 kg as my "if every day were like this in five weeks you would weigh..." recently. That was back up to 77.7 kg yesterday, but it was a reminder that my goal is within striking distance.
Well, I haven't make this goal yet, but I did my first 10 km rom (rowing machine, indoors) yesterday. I hadn't posted that as a goal, but it is something I have been thinking it would be good to do. It took me ca. 48 minutes. including a minute's breather in the middle. The downside is that after that and some gardening yesterday my weight is actually up by 1 kg, but it will come down again. I am hoping to be below 78kg by the end of October.6 -
I was just informed that I have COPD after 2 yrs! It doesn't take that long to figure out for a doctor. Will be looking for another one. Anyway losing the weight will help. I need to lose to breath better.13

I am currently at 272lbs, down from 330lbs. My mini goal is that when I get to 250lbs I am going to go and buy myself some activewear, some cute leggings and matching top for my walks! Can't wait. I want something really outrageous like neon-pink.18

Trying to lose the last 6 lbs from the last baby before I get pregnant again lol.12
