    Hello Everyone! I’d like to join as I’m looking for some accountability. I’ve gained weight in the last month and a half from stress/not planning ahead, and I’d really like to get back to feeling healthy! I think I’ll update a few times per week but not everyday.

    MyFitnessPal only allows us to edit our posts within an hour after posting. Which means to update your weigh ins daily or weekly, you'll have to copy and paste from previous post. I usually save a copy of my most recent post in "Notes" on my phone so I don't have to scroll through and look here. :smile: Please if anyone else has any other suggestions or tips, please share! :blush:
