Day 01 – 09/17 ….210.8…..Very Pleased. This is a nice way to start! Good luck everyone!
Day 02 – 09/18 ....210.6….. Happy Dance!
Day 03 – 09/19 ….211.2….. canned soup with crackers. Too much sodium but had no time to cook yesterday.
Day 04 – 09/20 ….210.8….. Better!
Day 05 - 09/21 …..211.0….. not a bad little increase after movie night with son and some pizza.
Day 06 – 09/22 …..210.8….. Traveled today so tomorrow will be pitiful. Going to get very diligent to knock it back into the atmosphere. No extra fat allowed to hang around here. Time to go!
Day 07 – 09/23 …..212.0….. After travel. I will work on this today.
Day 08 – 09/24 …..210.8….. Traveled again but kept it to one meal and a small snack and I was rewarded!
Day 09 – 09/25 …..211.6….. I hate gaining when there is no apparent reason why. Yesterday was a pretty good day. However, there was not much movement due to all the special meetings I had. So today I will focus on more movement and cautiously go to the grocery store for more water (which is a little scary on a Friday in this small tourist town). Hydration may be key today. Flush, flush, flush.

Day 11 – 09/27 …..211.2….. I am not getting where I want to be in a very healthy way. Even with the scale going down I am not super happy. I know I avoided meals yesterday and just ate too much junk. It may have been lower calories overall and it may have caused a decrease on the scale but it is all about healthy and sustainable. I vow to have a better day today. One day at a time, right?

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green
Day 4: Sun 9/17 - 141.0 - My 60th birthday weight
Day 11: Sun, 9/27: 143.6 - Had a big Rib Eye with Prawns in butter sauce, my delayed birthday meal that I couldn't have while on my trip. Jumped up 2 pounds because of it, but it was delicious! I used to eat like that often, hence the extra 50 pounds on me. It is a once in awhile thing for me now. 407 in the green
Day 12: Mon, 9/28: 143.1 - Back into my routine, time to get rid of some greasy pounds. 239 in the green

Day 12: Mon, 9/28: 159 [Weigh-In Day; +1.8 since last week. Disappointed naturally, but not surprised. This is a new week for me so I'll be starting fresh and hope to build my motivation back up and remind myself how far I've come thus far! I'm working out okay, but not getting the sleep I need for my body to fully recover and I think that's a big part of it. Of course my nutrition wasn't the best this week either.
Day 13: Tues, 9/29: 159.2 (I prioritized sleep over waking up early to do my cardio, which means in the evening I only have the energy to do my strength training, but that's okay. I nearly made 6 1/2 hours of sleep the last two nights, which is a little improvement for me.

Day 01 – 09/17 ….210.8…..Very Pleased. This is a nice way to start! Good luck everyone!
Day 02 – 09/18 ....210.6….. Happy Dance!
Day 03 – 09/19 ….211.2….. canned soup with crackers. Too much sodium but had no time to cook yesterday.
Day 04 – 09/20 ….210.8….. Better!
Day 05 - 09/21 …..211.0….. not a bad little increase after movie night with son and some pizza.
Day 06 – 09/22 …..210.8….. Traveled today so tomorrow will be pitiful. Going to get very diligent to knock it back into the atmosphere. No extra fat allowed to hang around here. Time to go!
Day 07 – 09/23 …..212.0….. After travel. I will work on this today.
Day 08 – 09/24 …..210.8….. Traveled again but kept it to one meal and a small snack and I was rewarded!
Day 09 – 09/25 …..211.6….. I hate gaining when there is no apparent reason why. Yesterday was a pretty good day. However, there was not much movement due to all the special meetings I had. So today I will focus on more movement and cautiously go to the grocery store for more water (which is a little scary on a Friday in this small tourist town). Hydration may be key today. Flush, flush, flush.

Day 11 – 09/27 …..211.2….. I am not getting where I want to be in a very healthy way. Even with the scale going down I am not super happy. I know I avoided meals yesterday and just ate too much junk. It may have been lower calories overall and it may have caused a decrease on the scale but it is all about healthy and sustainable. I vow to have a better day today. One day at a time, right?

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green

Day 11: Sun, 9/27: 143.6 - Had a big Rib Eye with Prawns in butter sauce, my delayed birthday meal that I couldn't have while on my trip. Jumped up 2 pounds because of it, but it was delicious! I used to eat like that often, hence the extra 50 pounds on me. It is a once in awhile thing for me now. 407 in the green
Day 12: Mon, 9/28: 143.1 - Back into my routine, time to get rid of some greasy pounds. 239 in the green
Day 13: Tues, 9/29: 143.9 - Cocktails and Wings argh - this will take days to get over. Back to work after 2 weeks of (active) holidays, so stressed out already lol. 656 in the green
Day 14: Wed, 9/30: 143.0 - Not liking all of these 143s after spending most of last week in the 141s. 95 in the green
Day 15: Thurs, 10/1: 144.5 - I need to refresh and get serious about this weight loss. Way too easy to become lax and pile the weight back on. 964 in the green

This is a new week for me so I'll be starting fresh and hope to build my motivation back up and remind myself how far I've come thus far! I'm working out okay, but not getting the sleep I need for my body to fully recover and I think that's a big part of it. Of course my nutrition wasn't the best this week either.

Last night after work (Friday), I did my usual routine - walked my dog, made some food and was on the phone with my boyfriend when all of a sudden I felt weird and like I was going to pass out. I told my boyfriend something wasn't right. He was so great - he kept me on the line and I just got worse and worse and was fighting to not close my eyes, sleep. I was tingly all over, my chest was feeling weird. I almost felt like I was drugged. So my boyfriend ended up calling 911 and the ambulance came, took all my vitals and on to the hospital I went. I had multiple of these episodes throughout the night. I'd feel extremely drugged, hard time breathing, difficult to speak and just felt like passing out. Then it would get better, then it would happen again. First thing they say is that it sounds like an anxiety attack, which completely opposite of me. I live a carefree life and am happy go lucky and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. Thankfully all my vitals are good. I got pumped with fluids, have a healthy heart, blood sugar is fine, blood tests were good etc. But still left without really knowing what happened. So now I have to go see my primary doctor and probably take more tests. Today I just felt so weak and tired, so I've just been in bed all day and resting/sleeping. I've been feeling so good and full of energy thanks to my workouts even though I haven't been getting the greatest of sleep. It was just so scary, I hope it doesn't happen again. I thought I was having a heart attack or stroke and was fighting so hard. It scared me a great deal. 2020 #1! lol

The 3rd one:
June 09 - September 16th Start weight 151.2 EW 142.3 Total loss over 100 days 8.9 pounds
3 rounds of 100 days each total results = 15.3 pounds lost
I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green
Day 4: Sun 9/17 - 141.0 - My 60th birthday weight
Day 11: Sun, 9/27: 143.6 - Had a big Rib Eye with Prawns in butter sauce, my delayed birthday meal that I couldn't have while on my trip. Jumped up 2 pounds because of it, but it was delicious! I used to eat like that often, hence the extra 50 pounds on me. It is a once in awhile thing for me now. 407 in the green
Day 12: Mon, 9/28: 143.1 - Back into my routine, time to get rid of some greasy pounds. 239 in the green
Day 13: Tues, 9/29: 143.9 - Cocktails and Wings argh - this will take days to get over. Back to work after 2 weeks of (active) holidays, so stressed out already lol. 656 in the green
Day 14: Wed, 9/30: 143.0 - Not liking all of these 143s after spending most of last week in the 141s. 95 in the green
Day 15: Thurs, 10/1: 144.5 - I need to refresh and get serious about this weight loss. Way too easy to become lax and pile the weight back on. 964 in the green
Day 16: Fri, 10/2: 143.5 - Feeling back on track, ready to shed : - ) 795 in the Green
Day 17: Sat, 10/3: 143.5 - I so seldom weigh the same thing 2 days in a row. If this is my new plateau I am okay with it. Going forward I need to try to keep my "cheat" meals to once per week. 141.0 took me out of obese and into just overweight. I definitely want to get back to just being fat instead of obese! 627 in the Green

That same thing happened to me about 3 or 4 years ago.
I was having a lovely day, very relaxed and happy.
It mirrored everything that you said as far as symptoms, I also went to the hospital etc.
Anxiety attack!! When I later went to my doctor he explained that anxiety does not = anxious.
Who knew???
Sorry that you had to go through this.
