Day 6: Tues, 9/22: 224.4 Walked 3 miles even though it rained on me twice (wore raincoat). 1312 cal, 32 net carbs. AF
Day 7: Wed, 9/23: 224.8 Walked 3 miles in the rain again bike 15 min, hand weights 20 reps. 1461 cal, 20 net carbs. AF. Fed my feelings but did not drink

Day 9: Fri, 9/25: 222.4 Slept in & no longer feel bloated Walked 3 miles mist only, bike 15 min. 1567 cal, 27 net carbs, drinks. NSV Tried on a skirt to go out to dinner and it was too big to wear! Then put on a dress I wore in Feb 2018 with spanks … and it looked great and loose without spanks. Felt wonderful for dinner at Perry’s with DH

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green
Day 2: Fri, 9/18: 142.3 - I am happy with this number. Brought my scale with me on my vacay. Going to some waterfalls today : - ) 739 in the Green
Day 3: Sat, 9/19: 141.6 - Great! Less stress holding on to all of that fat while on holiday I guess. 930 in the green

Day 5: Mon, 9/21: 142.3 - I kind of expect it to rise higher. I am doing so much hiking and stuff, but with no kitchen while away my food options are not great. I'm okay with it going up from vacay, I will fight it back down once I go back home. Thank you for the birthday wishes : - ) 401 in the Green
Day 6: Tues, 9/22: 142.9 - Burned a ridiculously high amount of calories yesterday by accident, lost on a mountain trail. I hope that this reflects in a few days from now. I did eat a bunch of calories back, and not being at home meant takeout which is really not healthy or waistline friendly 64 in the Green - lowest ever, restaurant food : - (

Day 69: Sun, 8/16: 166 (Ouch, that is scary looking, but I'm not going to let it get to me. Today is my last day with my daughter and tomorrow is a new day, plus TOM is next week as well. I've still been active, but haven't been able to do my strength training. All back to normal tomorrow. We are having a great time together and that's more important to me than numbers right now!)

I just dropped my daughter off at the airport and we had a wonderful time together! Today I will be back to my regular schedule and will work hard to get this off. I know what I need to do. I need my body to fully rest, so I can keep going. I woke up with a cramp in my calf, so I didn't want to get up to work out, so I gotta try after work.
Day 86: Wed, 9/2: 161.2 (sorta back on track today with my morning workout. I just wish I could sleep more than 6 hours!)
Day 87: Thurs, 9/3: 161 (Just came back from a 3 mile trail walk with my doggy. It was great!)

HAHA my mom's scale is always interesting it played mental havoc with both my husband & I primarily because we were weighing in at different times of the day and in various clothing. My DH thought he gained 5 lbs while I thought I lost 3-4 lbs and it turns out neither were true. Trying to decide if I take my scale with me next week ... or if I give myself a mental break from the scale.
Oh yes, time of day, clothing, all of that : - )
I took my scale on holiday, it didn't give me any mental anguish, but did prevent me a few times from extra snacks...knowing that I would be weighing the next morning.
I know that you will still check in with us each day.1 -

Day 01 – 09/17 ….210.8…..Very Pleased. This is a nice way to start! Good luck everyone!
Day 02 – 09/18 ....210.6….. Happy Dance!
Day 03 – 09/19 ….211.2….. canned soup with crackers. Too much sodium but had no time to cook yesterday.
Day 04 – 09/20 ….210.8….. Better!
Day 05 - 09/21 …..211.0….. not a bad little increase after movie night with son and some pizza.
Day 06 – 09/22 …..210.8….. Traveled today so tomorrow will be pitiful. Going to get very diligent to knock it back into the atmosphere. No extra fat allowed to hang around here. Time to go!
Day 07 – 09/23 …..212.0….. After travel. I will work on this today.
Day 08 – 09/24 …..210.8….. Traveled again but kept it to one meal and a small snack and I was rewarded!
Day 09 – 09/25 …..211.6….. I hate gaining when there is no apparent reason why. Yesterday was a pretty good day. However, there was not much movement due to all the special meetings I had. So today I will focus on more movement and cautiously go to the grocery store for more water (which is a little scary on a Friday in this small tourist town). Hydration may be key today. Flush, flush, flush.

I've still been active, but haven't been able to do my strength training. All back to normal tomorrow. We are having a great time together and that's more important to me than numbers right now!)

I just dropped my daughter off at the airport and we had a wonderful time together! Today I will be back to my regular schedule and will work hard to get this off. I know what I need to do. I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green
Day 2: Fri, 9/18: 142.3 - I am happy with this number. Brought my scale with me on my vacay. Going to some waterfalls today : - ) 739 in the Green
Day 3: Sat, 9/19: 141.6 - Great! Less stress holding on to all of that fat while on holiday I guess. 930 in the green

Day 5: Mon, 9/21: 142.3 - I kind of expect it to rise higher. I am doing so much hiking and stuff, but with no kitchen while away my food options are not great. I'm okay with it going up from vacay, I will fight it back down once I go back home. Thank you for the birthday wishes : - ) 401 in the Green
Day 6: Tues, 9/22: 142.9 - Burned a ridiculously high amount of calories yesterday by accident, lost on a mountain trail. I hope that this reflects in a few days from now. I did eat a bunch of calories back, and not being at home meant takeout which is really not healthy or waistline friendly 64 in the Green - lowest ever, restaurant food : - (
Day 7: Wed, 9/23: 142.4 - I will be eating at home starting today. Restaurant food is way too harmful to the waistline. 933 in the green
Day 8: Thurs, 9/24: 144.0 - Very disappointed with this number. Hoping that it is just a weird fluctuation. 684 in the green

Day 03 – 09/19 ….211.2….. canned soup with crackers. Too much sodium but had no time to cook yesterday.
Day 04 – 09/20 ….210.8….. Better!
Day 05 - 09/21 …..211.0….. not a bad little increase after movie night with son and some pizza.
Day 06 – 09/22 …..210.8….. Traveled today so tomorrow will be pitiful. Going to get very diligent to knock it back into the atmosphere. No extra fat allowed to hang around here. Time to go!

Day 08 – 09/24 …..210.8….. Traveled again but kept it to one meal and a small snack and I was rewarded!
Day 09 – 09/25 …..211.6….. I hate gaining when there is no apparent reason why. Yesterday was a pretty good day. However, there was not much movement due to all the special meetings I had. So today I will focus on more movement and cautiously go to the grocery store for more water (which is a little scary on a Friday in this small tourist town). Hydration may be key today. Flush, flush, flush.

Day 11 – 09/27 …..211.2….. I am not getting where I want to be in a very healthy way. Even with the scale going down I am not super happy. I know I avoided meals yesterday and just ate too much junk. It may have been lower calories overall and it may have caused a decrease on the scale but it is all about healthy and sustainable. I vow to have a better day today. One day at a time, right?

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the greenDay 2: Fri, 9/18: 142.3 - I am happy with this number. Brought my scale with me on my vacay. Going to some waterfalls today : - ) 739 in the Green
Day 3: Sat, 9/19: 141.6 - Great! Less stress holding on to all of that fat while on holiday I guess. 930 in the green

Day 5: Mon, 9/21: 142.3 - I kind of expect it to rise higher. I am doing so much hiking and stuff, but with no kitchen while away my food options are not great. I'm okay with it going up from vacay, I will fight it back down once I go back home. Thank you for the birthday wishes : - ) 401 in the Green
Day 6: Tues, 9/22: 142.9 - Burned a ridiculously high amount of calories yesterday by accident, lost on a mountain trail. I hope that this reflects in a few days from now. I did eat a bunch of calories back, and not being at home meant takeout which is really not healthy or waistline friendly 64 in the Green - lowest ever, restaurant food : - (
Day 7: Wed, 9/23: 142.4 - I will be eating at home starting today. Restaurant food is way too harmful to the waistline. 933 in the green
Day 8: Thurs, 9/24: 144.0 - Very disappointed with this number. Hoping that it is just a weird fluctuation. 684 in the green
Day 9: Fri, 9/25: 141.8 - Whew! 698 in the green
Day 10: Sat, 9/26: 141.6 - 178 in the green

Day 11: Sun, 9/27: 143.6 - Had a big Rib Eye with Prawns in butter sauce, my delayed birthday meal that I couldn't have while on my trip. Jumped up 2 pounds because of it, but it was delicious! I used to eat like that often, hence the extra 50 pounds on me. It is a once in awhile thing for me now. 407 in the green

This is a new week for me so I'll be starting fresh and hope to build my motivation back up and remind myself how far I've come thus far! I'm working out okay, but not getting the sleep I need for my body to fully recover and I think that's a big part of it. Of course my nutrition wasn't the best this week either.

Day 03 – 09/19 ….211.2….. canned soup with crackers. Too much sodium but had no time to cook yesterday.
Day 04 – 09/20 ….210.8….. Better!
Day 05 - 09/21 …..211.0….. not a bad little increase after movie night with son and some pizza.
Day 06 – 09/22 …..210.8….. Traveled today so tomorrow will be pitiful. Going to get very diligent to knock it back into the atmosphere. No extra fat allowed to hang around here. Time to go!

Day 08 – 09/24 …..210.8….. Traveled again but kept it to one meal and a small snack and I was rewarded!
Day 09 – 09/25 …..211.6….. I hate gaining when there is no apparent reason why. Yesterday was a pretty good day. However, there was not much movement due to all the special meetings I had. So today I will focus on more movement and cautiously go to the grocery store for more water (which is a little scary on a Friday in this small tourist town). Hydration may be key today. Flush, flush, flush.

Day 11 – 09/27 …..211.2….. I am not getting where I want to be in a very healthy way. Even with the scale going down I am not super happy. I know I avoided meals yesterday and just ate too much junk. It may have been lower calories overall and it may have caused a decrease on the scale but it is all about healthy and sustainable. I vow to have a better day today. One day at a time, right?
