Focused on what I could eat vs what I couldn't eat when putting together my plate of appetizers. Walked 3+ miles. Biked 15 min. Hand weights 10x2 reps. 1198 cal, 32 net carbs. AF

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green
Day 2: Fri, 9/18: 142.3 - I am happy with this number. Brought my scale with me on my vacay. Going to some waterfalls today : - ) 739 in the Green

So, last night I ate the carbonara and I put butter on my veg and didn't walk. Today is the start of a new week. Well, technically tomorrow is but right now I've closed last week by writing this. So, today I really fill out the log, stay within calories, don't cheat with night time snacking and WALK outside! It's a lovely day!

Day 69: Sun, 8/16: 166 (Ouch, that is scary looking, but I'm not going to let it get to me. Today is my last day with my daughter and tomorrow is a new day, plus TOM is next week as well. I've still been active, but haven't been able to do my strength training. All back to normal tomorrow. We are having a great time together and that's more important to me than numbers right now!)
Day 70: Mon, 8/17: 166.6 (Weigh-In Day) (+3.8 since last week) - (As awful as this looks, I'm not letting this get to me. I just dropped my daughter off at the airport and we had a wonderful time together! Today I will be back to my regular schedule and will work hard to get this off. I know what I need to do. Also this week is TOM so we'll see what happens!)

Day 85: Tues, 9/1: 161.2 (I'm a bit off this week for some reason. I'm trying so hard to get at least 7 hours of sleep, but I only get 5-6. That's probably my biggest struggle. I need my body to fully rest, so I can keep going. I woke up with a cramp in my calf, so I didn't want to get up to work out, so I gotta try after work.
Day 86: Wed, 9/2: 161.2 (sorta back on track today with my morning workout. I just wish I could sleep more than 6 hours!)
Day 87: Thurs, 9/3: 161 (Just came back from a 3 mile trail walk with my doggy. It was great!)
Day 88: Fri, 9/4: 161 (Admittedly this week I haven't been 100% following my macros, but I am still under my calorie goals. But I feel so much better sticking to my macros, so gotta get back to it!)

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.

I started tracking my excess calories each day last round, those in the Green at the end of the tracking day. My results (based on 1200 calories per day) from 100 days were 78,627 - which over 100 days should lead to 7.86 pound loss, and I actually lost 8.9, so pretty good.
Day 1: Thurs, 9/17: 141.7 - I expect to get a lot of activity on my trip, but today is a driving day so I will have a nice workout before I leave. 919 in the green
Day 2: Fri, 9/18: 142.3 - I am happy with this number. Brought my scale with me on my vacay. Going to some waterfalls today : - ) 739 in the Green

I mean I'm not eating TOO bad, but definitely different than my norm and it will definitely show on my weigh in day. But the good thing is that we've been very active and I'm still getting my workouts in somehow!)

Day 69: Sun, 8/16: 166 (Ouch, that is scary looking, but I'm not going to let it get to me. Today is my last day with my daughter and tomorrow is a new day, plus TOM is next week as well. I've still been active, but haven't been able to do my strength training. All back to normal tomorrow. We are having a great time together and that's more important to me than numbers right now!)
Day 70: Mon, 8/17: 166.6 (Weigh-In Day) (+3.8 since last week) - (As awful as this looks, I'm not letting this get to me. I just dropped my daughter off at the airport and we had a wonderful time together! Today I will be back to my regular schedule and will work hard to get this off. I know what I need to do. Also this week is TOM so we'll see what happens!)
Day 71: Tues, 8/18: 165.6 (Back on track with my workouts and eating schedule. Strength training yesterday was tough though.)
Day 72: Wed, 8/19: 164.6 (It's weird how each day fluctuates so much, but that's just how it is!)

Day 74: Fri, 8/21: 161.6 (I guess all that good food I ate, while not immense was just salty?? Still so strange!)

Day 78: Tues, 8/25: 160.6 (I wasn't hungry last night after my workout and after my protein shake. I still had quite a bit to go and I struggled to make my macros. I still did fairly well, but still didn't reach them. Maybe I should eat more at lunch just in case.)

Day 81: Fri, 8/28: 159.8 (I haven't seen the 150s in 4 years. I'm not going to be TOO happy yet, since weight fluctuates daily, but it's still so nice to see!)

Day 85: Tues, 9/1: 161.2 (I'm a bit off this week for some reason. I'm trying so hard to get at least 7 hours of sleep, but I only get 5-6. That's probably my biggest struggle. I need my body to fully rest, so I can keep going. I woke up with a cramp in my calf, so I didn't want to get up to work out, so I gotta try after work.
Day 86: Wed, 9/2: 161.2 (sorta back on track today with my morning workout. I just wish I could sleep more than 6 hours!)
Day 87: Thurs, 9/3: 161 (Just came back from a 3 mile trail walk with my doggy. It was great!)
Day 88: Fri, 9/4: 161 (Admittedly this week I haven't been 100% following my macros, but I am still under my calorie goals. But I feel so much better sticking to my macros, so gotta get back to it!)
Day 89: Sat, 9/5: 160.4 (Trying to get back to the 150s and stay there - this week has been tough, but happy where it's ended thus far.)
