I love the last minute excitement of sign-ups just before they close!

Welcome to both of you. Since you are both asking for a Sunday weigh-in day, it would be great if you have LAST Sunday's weight that we could record as your starting weight, since today is the "week 1" day for all the Sunday people. If not - don't worry! We will just use this weight as both starting and week 1. It will all work out!
