Hello All! Thanks for letting me join in these reindeer games here on this thread! I've been struggling to get into the next decade since Spring. Urgh! I'm 57, weight lift 3 times per week, walk about 3-4 miles daily and cannot seem to lose an ounce. Thank you menopause! My ultimate goal is to get back to 149 so I'm no longer obese but that seems like that will never happen since I can't seem to get to and stay at 169. In my earlier 50s it was doable but jeepers it's a challenge and well, I guess that's why I'm here!
