    I haven't been doing much to eat less and I drank a lot this week. I don't want to slow down after doing so well last month. Time to buckle down and remember why I'm doing this.

    I was on another monthly challenge for a couple of years, but it hasn't been updated since July, so I was looking for another. Thank you for creating this @cachoey
    I weigh daily, it keeps me accountable.

    10/4 - 143.5 - I normally fluctuate like crazy, so this staying at the same weight for 3 days is new to me.
    10/5 - 143.1 - Good to see a slight drop. I was 141.0 in September, so trying to get back to that...and beyond.
    10/6 - 142.1 - Getting back down to September's weight, working on it!

    Hello All! Thanks for letting me join in these reindeer games here on this thread! I've been struggling to get into the next decade since Spring. Urgh! I'm 57, weight lift 3 times per week, walk about 3-4 miles daily and cannot seem to lose an ounce. Thank you menopause! My ultimate goal is to get back to 149 so I'm no longer obese but that seems like that will never happen since I can't seem to get to and stay at 169. In my earlier 50s it was doable but jeepers it's a challenge and well, I guess that's why I'm here! :)
