Weight Watchers fed up

I did weight watchers years ago and lost 65 pounds. I kept it off for 5 years. I gained some of the weight again because I stopped counting points. I came to MFP and lost the weight. I gained it back because I stopped tracking my calories and had to start over. I didn't find either WW or MFP easier. My best friend lost 83 pounds using WW three years ago and has maintained the loss. Each has their own merits. In the end, if you're doing it right, they both result in eating in a deficit.
MFP is free - bonus. MFP doesn't give you "penalty" calories if a food is deemed unhealthy or not on brand. Do what works for you.0
